It resulted in only 1 type of pesticide used repeatedly. This could lead to pests developing resistance by exposing to the same chemical for an extended period of time.

By pre-filling different cannisters of pesticide with different Mode of Action. Rotating between different groups of pesticides, pests are less likely to develop resistance, as they will not be exposed to the same chemical for an extended period of time.
