  • Is it safe to use your products around Children & Pets?
As with any pesticide application, certain safety measures must be followed. For example, pets and children should not contact treated areas until the pesticide fully dries. Once dried, children & pets can be brought back into the area and go back to normal behaviours. (Usually, product dries within 2 hours and safe for re-entry)
  • How long does each application last?
The duration of each application depends on the type of product applied. Box A is an immediate knockdown with no residual effect. Box C has a residual of up to 3 months (provided the area is not washed or come in contact with rain). Box B has a residual of up to 3 months however it is recommended to spray 2 weeks after the first application to kill the emerging bed bug nymphs.
  • How effective are your products?

  • What safety precautions should I use while mixing and or applying?
Safety First! All pesticides have risk and safety measures that need to be followed when mixing and applying. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required with any pesticide mixing and or application. When mixing and or applying, standard practices of PPE are wearing gloves (included in your Pest-Box Kit), goggles, face mask, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes.
  • Can i spray on plants?
Yes! The pesticides shipped are safe to spray on household trees, bushes, and grass. However, they should not be sprayed on any vegetables, fruit, or edibles. Always spray on a small inconspicuous spot before broad application. Being stewards of our industry and in order to protect bees and other pollinators, the products should not be applied to flowers or flowering plants.
  • Do Your Products stain?
No! None of our products will stain interior or exterior walls, carpets, or furnishings. However, in some situations, when the pesticide comes into contact with cobwebs, it leaves behind grey patches due to the dust.
  • Do Your Products smell?
No! Our products are mostly odour free.
  • Can i spray indoors?
Yes! Most pests are best controlled by exterior applications. However, if the pests are already within your house, you can apply spot and or crack and crevice applications to the interior of your home. Do ensure common sense and all food, water sources, and aquariums are covered before spraying. Keep all humans & pets away when spraying.
